Please do not overfill casing (0% overstuffing) and not too tight. Sausage after filling should be 5% longer than mold length. e.g. if mold is 4*4(102mm x 102mm) and 50cm long, after filling the sausage circumference should be 408mm (diameter 130mm), length 52.5cm long (from clip to clip)
When first time to use M casing, suggest: filling 5%, 7%, 10% longer than mold length, it should have 1 size match the product size. Please consult your supplier for help determining the most correct sized casing to choose.
