Polyamide (Nylon) plastic casings are the most commonly used in production of cooked sausages and hams such as luncheon meat and bologna. Polyamide casings come in two main varieties: Oriented and non_oriented. The oriented polyamide are shrinkable casings and will shrink during the cooking process thereby reducing the water loss. Non_oriented polyamide casings remain the same diameter during the cooking process and thereby allow for expansion of the meat during cooking.
Over 15 testing instruments right here on-site in our factory. We have invested over USD100,000 in this lab, and normally if you go to SGS to do one test, it will cost over USD500, and we have all the same equipment here. If you work with us, you will have access to all these.

Yes, we can do up to 8+8 colors, photo quality print on our products - please consult our sales staff for more information.
2. What info do I need to provide to get a quotation?
For shrink bag, please provide product application, bag size, and printing requirement.
For casings, please provide product application, flat width, color, and shirring requirement.
3. What if I don’t know above info?
Please provide a sample of the existing packaging your customer is using and we can analyze and recommend accordingly.
4. What is the minimum order quantity?
There is different minimum order quantity requirements for different product series. Please consult our sales staff and we’ll provide you with this information.
5. What are the trading terms you can offer?
We normally use FOB, EXW, CFR and CIF, but we can also offer DDU, DDP on request.
6. What happens if there’s a customer complaint?
If it is a product quality issue, we’d be happy to offer product replacement free of charge.
