Printed Sausage Casing
Our sausage casing is approved by HALAL certificate, and all resins we use are all imported and FDA/EU approved, and we have full traceability on our products. We have BRC, ISO 9001, HACCP, QS, Kosher, and Halal.

STANDARD PACKAGING-PLASTIC CASING
- Tubing – Rolls are available in 500m or 1000m. Both 3” and 6” core available. Roll is wrapped in OPP then packed in carton boxes. Batch number written on paper core and on carton labels.
- Shirred casings are put into PE bag then put into cartons.
PALLETS
- Cartons are placed on plastic pallets (1.1m x 1.1m), covered by at least 3 layers of stretch film and reinforced by strapping tape. Carton boxes do not contain metal staples, and nor do the strapping tape.
Pallets height for casing rolls does not exceed 1.9m, while it’s 2.1m for shirred casing and cut/clipped casings. Weight of each pallet does not exceed 1000kg. A 20GP container may load 10 pallets cargos.
